​When people look at me they see a carefree confident woman but it wasn't always that way at my lowest I was grief stricken and angry from living in fight and flight for so many years. After two divorces, 130 lbs. overweight, heartbroken and my family divided. My resilince and hope of a better future drove me to find ways to recreate my life. ​I’ve turned pain into purpose with an unstoppable spirit and a zest for healing.

 

I’ve been the exhausted single parent, the confused ex-spouse, the one asking “Who am I now?”—and I’ve come out the other side with compassion and a roadmap to share. Now, it’s my mission to help you navigate life’s toughest transitions with grace, whether it’s letting go of resentment or rediscovering your spark. One day, I hope to impact millions—and I’d love to start with you.

I’ve spent years guiding people one-on-one, creating courses like my Expressing Anger Mini Course and creating resources to transform emotions into meaning.
